It helps people increase their own efficiency, avoiding occupational disease like cervical spondylosis, lumbar spondylosis and enjoying sitting on the chairs or sofa etc. With internal mould workshop, plastic injection workshop and soft seating workshop, we are able to offer new product development service, OEM or ODM service etc.
Cheemay believes that all the office chair parts should be adjustable to adopt different gestures for various users. As office furniture is kind of public furniture. Including seat height, seat depth, back height, headrest height and depth, headrest angle, lumber, seat angle and reclining should all be adjustable to embody the concept of ergonomic.
Cheemay adopts strict quality control system by building a in-house 11 BIFMA/EN1335 professional testing equipment lab. Most of the office chair parts like: caster, base, gaslift, chair seat, mechanism, foam density & softness, armrest, backrest, cover material, plastic material density & strength could be conduct in our lab. For the point of quality management system/procedure, it covers from IQC, PPQC, IPQC to OQC.
We have a skillful and experienced R&D team, we could offer services from 3D layout, mould development, plastic injection to soft seating sample build up. Production team Over 10 years production experences management team could handle problems happen on our production workshops
Cheemay attends over 18 exhitions in the past 13 years, from Guangzhou CIFF, Shanghai internation furniture fair to some local furniture fairs.
